Do you remember when we were kids and covered our books with brown paper bags? The best part was coloring the cover - from flowers to writing our name out with our high school sweetheart's last name - we certainly could spice up our book covers!
Well, our kids these days have it good - they can have beautiful fabric book covers! Make the book cover together and create great memories that you will always remember. When you daughter/granddaughter looks back she will remember how special the time was that you both spent together in the sewing room. ...and with Fabric Pens she can still decorate the fabric book cover!
Now, which fabrics to use for the covers? We found two that you may like! The first row is Garden Song and the second row is Arabella. Still not sure which fabric? You are always welcome to visit our website and look around for that perfect piece!
What is our trivia challenge today? Are you on the edge of your seat waiting to find out? Since we colored our old book covers with Crayola Crayons we decided to test your Crayon knowledge! Which of the following was the first year Crayola Crayons were sold?
A.1897
B. 1903
C.1924
D. 1926
Post your guess below on our blog and we will randomly select one of you as the lucky winner of a charm pack!
Enjoy the book covers,

1903. These book covers remind me of my Grandmother. She would have made these with fabric in her day; she used everything she had & was very creative. Nothing was wasted or trown away. Great memories!
